Client Brief:

Due to staff restructure, an existing member of staff had been given the role of managing and implementing marketing activities for the company. We were asked to support the in-house team with training over the short term to allow internal growth and enable Refuels to take their processes back in house.

Client Objectives:

With no prior marketing experience, we were brought in to provide marketing consultancy and support for a short period of time with the objective of handing over all marketing activities to the team member.

Solution:

For us to spend a period of time training the member of staff on how to create and deliver a business marketing strategy.

Results:

After a short training period, the member of staff was confident enough to handle the marketing activities without additional support.

Automation strategy implemented for Chorleywood Dog Training
